Returns

• For returns a ticket has to be raised within 7 days of delivery of product .
• In case of returns of a damage product , an unboxing video is required which shows that the product is damaged upon arrival
• All items are Non Refundable, and will only be replaced.
• In case of defective products, the defect has to be showcased in a video and it cannot be a defect caused due to usage of the product

• All items are dispatched within 2-3 working days
• Courier Charges are automatic and cannot be disputed
• Orders above Rs.3000 are free of shipping charges
• Order of a larger size and weight will have shipping charges accordingly.
• Upon shipping the tracking details will be shared accordingly through relevant channels, and the shipping time may vary upon the courier
